What items are returnable?
- Unwashed, unworn and unused merchandise purchased in the last 60 days.
Can I exchange my item?
- Yes, you can instantly exchange for a new size or color! If you want a different item, you can use our Credit Voucher to purchase something new.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once returned item(s) is/are received, your item will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please allow 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account (timing will vary based on your financial institution).
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- Swimwear with tampered or missing liners
- Items smelling of perfume or marked with makeup
What can affect my return eligibility?
- Shoes must be returned with the original shoebox intact and unaltered, the shoebox cannot be used as a package. Any tape or labels placed on the shoebox will result in the package being refused and no refund will be issued
- Any return that falls outside of the policy guidelines for whatever reason may be subject to a $5 restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund or a refusal of the return
